Symptoms of High Cholesterol

High cholesterol is a condition that causes fatty deposits to build up on your arteries. This can cause them to narrow and restrict blood flow.

It can also lead to a serious condition called atherosclerosis. That can lead to chest pain, stroke-like symptoms, and other health problems.

Chest pains

Chest pains are a common symptom of high cholesterol. They occur when the arteries that carry blood to your heart get clogged up with fat and other substances, making it hard for the blood to flow properly.

The fatty buildup can lead to heart disease and a heart attack. It can also cause shortness of breath, chest pain and nausea or vomiting.

Your doctor may prescribe medicine to relieve the pain and reduce your risk of heart problems. They will ask questions about your symptoms, such as when they started and how severe they are now.

Your health care provider can also do tests to find out what is causing your chest pains. Some of these tests include blood tests, x-rays and ultrasound.

Stroke-like symptoms

High cholesterol is a leading risk factor for heart disease and stroke, as well as other health conditions. It contributes to the buildup of deposits, called plaques, in the arteries that supply blood to your heart and brain.

Plaques can block the arteries and cholesterol kam karne ka tarika in urdu. There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, which occurs when blood flow is blocked; and hemorrhagic, which occurs when a blood vessel ruptures and bleeds into the brain.

Ischemic strokes are usually caused by a buildup of cholesterol and fatty deposits, called plaques, in the artery that supplies oxygen to the brain. They can also happen when a clot blocks an artery, or when the clot breaks off and travels to the brain.

You can lower your risk of stroke by getting your cholesterol checked and taking steps to improve it. Your doctor may recommend medicines or changes in your diet to help manage your cholesterol levels.

Fatigue

Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms people experience when they have high cholesterol. It is a sign that the arteries supplying blood to your heart are narrowing and stiffening.

The symptoms may be felt in your chest, abdomen or lower limbs. These include tiredness, shortness of breath and exhaustion that can become progressively worse over time.

It can also be accompanied by muscle aches, pain or weakness. In extreme cases it may lead to a stroke, which can result in permanent paralysis of body parts, coma and sometimes death.

The cause of fatigue is usually a combination of things, including lifestyle, illness or a medical condition. Some causes are simple to treat, such as anemia, sleep apnea, depression, fibromyalgia and chronic kidney disease.

Dizziness

Dizziness is a common problem that can occur at any age. It can be temporary or chronic (lasting more than a month) and is often related to a problem in the brain, ears, eyes, or nervous system.

It may be caused by a number of conditions, including low blood sugar, dehydration, or a neurological disorder. It can also be a side effect of certain medications, like sedatives.

If you have a sudden or random feeling of dizziness, call your doctor right away. Your doctor will do an evaluation of your ears, eyes, and nervous system.

If you have a more prolonged and serious case of castrol ka ilaj, it may be a sign that you are having a stroke or another type of heart attack. You may experience slurred speech, unsteady walking, and pain in your legs or abdomen.
